These terms cover your use of PhotoToStainedGlass (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.
PhotoToStainedGlass converts a photo of a stained-glass or glass-art piece into a linear cutting template using AI image generation, and offers optional tools to correct proportions, add measurements, and preview the template against a real window. The Service is provided free of charge, "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
You keep ownership of any photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and you grant us a temporary license to process it (including sending it to Google's Gemini API) solely to generate your template. We do not store your photos after the request completes — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Please verify measurements before cutting glass. Generated templates are an AI-assisted drafting aid, not a certified technical drawing. Proportions, angles, and dimensions can contain errors. Always double-check every measurement against the real piece or window before cutting any material. We are not responsible for wasted material, miscut glass, or any other loss resulting from relying on a generated template without independent verification.
To keep the Service usable for everyone, template generation is limited to 8 requests per hour per user, with a short pause required between requests. We may adjust these limits at any time.
Generating templates requires signing in with Google. Each account gets a limited number of free templates per month; we may change that number, and we may suspend accounts that try to get around the limit (for example with many throwaway accounts).
Pro is a monthly subscription that includes more templates per month and clean, watermark-free downloads. It renews automatically each month until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record, and their checkout terms apply. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including material costs from cutting errors.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Bu koşullar PhotoToStainedGlass'ı ("Hizmet") kullanımını kapsar. Hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
PhotoToStainedGlass, bir vitray/cam ürününün fotoğrafını yapay zeka ile çizgisel bir kesim şablonuna çevirir; oran düzeltme, ölçü ekleme ve şablonu gerçek bir pencereyle önizleme gibi opsiyonel araçlar da sunar. Hizmet ücretsiz olarak, "olduğu gibi" sunulur, kesintisiz çalışacağına dair bir garanti verilmez.
Yüklediğin fotoğrafların sahipliği sende kalır. Bir fotoğraf yükleyerek, o fotoğrafı kullanma hakkına sahip olduğunu onaylamış ve bize, yalnızca şablonunu üretmek amacıyla (Google Gemini API'sine göndermek dahil) işleme için geçici bir lisans vermiş olursun.
Cam kesmeden önce ölçüleri kontrol et. Üretilen şablonlar yapay zeka destekli bir taslak aracıdır, onaylı bir teknik çizim değildir. Oranlarda, açılarda ve ölçülerde hata olabilir. Herhangi bir malzemeyi kesmeden önce her ölçüyü gerçek parça veya pencereyle karşılaştırarak mutlaka doğrula. Bağımsız doğrulama yapılmadan üretilen bir şablona güvenilerek oluşan malzeme kaybı veya diğer zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Hizmetin herkes için kullanılabilir kalması için şablon üretimi kullanıcı başına saatte 8 istekle sınırlıdır.
Şablon üretmek için Google ile giriş yapmak gerekir. Her hesabın aylık sınırlı sayıda ücretsiz şablon hakkı vardır; bu sayıyı değiştirebilir, sınırı aşmaya çalışan (örneğin çok sayıda geçici hesap açan) hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
Pro, aylık şablon hakkını artıran ve filigransız indirmeyi açan aylık bir aboneliktir. İptal edene kadar her ay otomatik yenilenir; istediğin zaman iptal edebilir, ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar Pro kalırsın. Ödemeler satıcı sıfatıyla Polar (polar.sh) tarafından işlenir ve Polar'ın ödeme koşulları geçerlidir. Bir satın almada sorun yaşarsan bize yaz; gerekiyorsa iade dahil sorunu çözeriz.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Hizmeti kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan (kesim hatalarından kaynaklanan malzeme maliyetleri dahil) sorumlu değiliz.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.
